Introduction
We strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
Flight Tickets, Train Tickets, Bus Tickets & Hotel Bookings
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policies of the respective airline, railway, bus operator, hotel or service provider.
- Refunds approved by the service provider will be processed within 10-14 working days from the date of cancellation.
- The refundable amount will be credited to the bank account or original payment method provided during the booking or cancellation process.
- Applicable cancellation charges, service fees and third-party deductions may apply.
Holiday & Group Tour Packages
The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:
Cancellation Before Departure
- 45 days or more -> 100% Refund*
- 30–44 days -> 50% Refund
- 15–29 days -> 25% Refund
- Less than 15 days -> No Refund
* Refunds are subject to applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable bookings and third-party supplier policies.
Refunds for cancelled holiday or group tour packages will be processed within 5–7 working days after completion of all cancellation formalities.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- Refunds will be processed only after the cancellation has been confirmed by the respective service providers, where applicable.
- Certain bookings may be governed by the cancellation and refund policies of airlines, hotels, transport operators or other third-party suppliers. Such policies will apply in addition to our own terms.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways or third-party service providers.
Child Policy
- Children below 6 years of age may travel on a complimentary basis without an extra bed, subject to package-specific terms.
- Children aged 6 years and above will be considered as an additional guest and will be accommodated with an extra mattress or bed, wherever applicable, at the prescribed package cost.
