- Pentaleaf International acts as a travel facilitator and booking agent for airlines, hotels, transportation providers and tour operators.

- Prices are subject to change until payment is received and booking confirmation is issued.
- Applicable taxes, service charges and fees may apply.
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods accepted by the company.
Travel Documents
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents and other required travel documents.
- Pentaleaf International is not responsible for losses arising from incomplete, expired or incorrect travel documentation.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
Travel Changes and Disruptions
- Flight schedules, transportation services, hotel reservations and tour itineraries may change due to operational, weather, governmental or unforeseen circumstances.
- Pentaleaf International will make reasonable efforts to assist customers but shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions beyond its control.

- Pentaleaf International acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
- We shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, theft or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to us for the relevant service.
